I'm an instructional designer and UX professional with a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered learning experiences. With a background in e-learning development and a strong foundation in UX design, I specialize in designing seamless digital experiences that enhance engagement and usability. My work focuses on blending design thinking, data-driven insights, and technology to create accessible and effective learning solutions.
Okay, let’s pause on the business talk for a second. The reality is that our world has become entirely digital, and I’ve found myself making the shift between e-learning and UX design because, at the core of it, I want to help people navigate that world more easily. The more I worked in e-learning, the more I saw how important it is to make things clear, accessible, and simple for people. That’s my ‘WHY.’ I love creating experiences that remove barriers and make technology feel a bit less intimidating—whether it’s through a course or a user interface. My goal is to make sure that everyone, no matter their background, can confidently get where they need to be in this digital age.
In my current role I take on multiple key responsibilities. I serve as the instructional designer for our courses, shaping the content and structure. Additionally, I work as the UX designer for our LMS products, focusing on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. My other responsibilities include:
As a Project Coordinator, I worked cross-functionally to drive projects to completion, managing both client-facing and internal projects to ensure timely delivery and smooth communication across teams.
In my role as an Admin Assistant, I supported students in accessing essential services, ensuring smooth communication and timely assistance. Additionally, I led website redesign and development projects, acting as the webmaster for the services website to enhance its usability and functionality.
